What a peel session is like
After cleansing, the peel solution is applied for a few minutes — you feel mild tingling or warmth, then it is neutralised. The session takes 20–30 minutes. Superficial peels have no downtime; medium-depth peels cause light flaking for 3–5 days. Yes, when the right peel and strength are chosen by a dermatologist. Incorrect peels can cause dark patches on Indian skin, which is why we do not recommend parlour peels.
Does a chemical peel hurt?
No. You feel mild tingling or warmth for a few minutes. Deeper peels may sting briefly but are well tolerated.
Will my skin peel visibly?
